Hi

Well, Yamplayer is a way to play your CVP via a Midi lead from your PC.
You can create a playlist on the PC (using .fil or midi files) and Yamplayer will send the midi info to the CVP and play it. No more floppy disks.

The name Yamplayer has 2 meanings:

Yam as in Yamaha or Yet Another Mid Player. Clever ha.

It will also convert .fil files to midi either one at a time or in a batch. There is also a section to play old files created on very early cvp which can re-map the sounds.
