Anybody Know a good internet link or book on electronic Instruments Terminology.

In the style department I can think of only the term : STYLE

In the sound department I encountered the terms: VOICE, SOUND, PATCH, PROGRAM. all meaning the same thing.

There must be more terms, so if you know one please post it :-)

Kind regards

Eric

Maybe "soundscapes."

Check out http://www.harmony-central.com/MIDI/

May be helpful.

The sound-source of a cvp/clp is a synthesizer

Here's info and some history on the subject:

Hi ericho

Here in the UK we often refer to styles as "Backings"
