I found this site via google after being extremely frustrated by a sticking e above middle c on a clp-970. Obviously this is a common problem. If you have this problem DO call Yamaha! They admited to me that there are problems with a specific range of serial numbers in the CLP 900 series. They are sending me via ups an entirely new keyboard with all new keys, and installation instructions. (They offered to have a tech come out until they realized I live a bit off the beaten path in Alaska.) I was very pleased by their attitude and response to the situation. I am getting ready to purchase a p250 for myself (the 970 mentioned above is the one I play at church) and I was a little nervous. Way to go Yamaha.
