Wiring Schematic for CVP59S

I have just been given a CVP 59S but the cable between the pedals and the main body has been ripped from the terminal block located on the underside of the main body.

The cable has three coloured wires and a screen/earth/ground. I would be grateful to anybody who can provide details of the wiring schedule or the correct colour and position of the wires in the terminal block.

Any help will be most appreciated.
