Quick reply?

How do I enable the Quick Reply feature? It is grayed out for me. I've looked around and kind find any controls.

I think I may have found it. The Quick Reply box is always grayed out for some odd reason. You must click on the Quick Reply icon along the bottom edge (in the right corner) of the last post. Not quite as Quick as it could be, but at least I found the darn thing.

Actually, the Quick Reply feature is grayed out until you hit the Quick Reply button in the bottom>right corner of the post you wish to reply to. Then it gives you an option of including the text from the post you're replying to in your reply.
