Free Music Finder updates?

I was looking at an old revue of the 200 series , in this forum, and noticed this statement: "USA edition customers will also have access to additional updates of the USA Edition Music Finder as they are made available, at no charge, through their local Clavinova dealer". Is this really possible?

Sure is. Just stop in and they will loan you the disk.

I've visited my dealer three times trying to get the update. They keep telling me they'll contact Yamaha and get back to me, but so far not one call. Even to tell me that Yamaha hasn't answered them yet. It kinda sucks because after spending that much on a Clavinova, and driving back to the dealer's place so many times (it's a 1 1/2 hour drive) you'd think a little call would be worth it to them... :mad:

Any other way to get the update?
