Suggested Clavinova artwork

In an earlier message in this forum (Website Feedback), I suggested adding a picture of a Clavinova to the CVPUG navigation bar or home page.

I just downloaded a sample of what this artwork might look like, to the Photos section of this forum. (I understand that the administrator or someone has to approve it before it becomes public.)

I just wanted to alert Wally et. al. about the photo, to see what people think about adding a visual clue/reminder/friendly hello to the top navigation bar.

I really like it!! However, if this photo was obtained from any Yamaha web site or Yamaha literature, then it would be copyright protected, and so we can't use it. This picture looks like one of Yamaha's protected photos.

If we can be sure that we're not infringing on Yamaha's intellectual property, then we should go with this or something similar to it.

I don't know if the photo was from Yamaha. The photo I used was photo #2 at the Yahoo! Groups site, entitled "CVP207.jpg". The info says it was posted Dec. 16 2001.

I do not know the original source, beyond that it has been on Yahoo! Groups without any source or credit for over a year.
