Hi,

My wife would like to have a larger screen on the CVP-309GP. Thinking of a lightweight flat panel LCD TV (or LCD monitor) that would sit on the music stand (like a music book, without the TV stand) and plug in to the piano. Probably at least a 15" screen, maybe bigger, preferably no heavier than 5 pounds. Anyone found or know of such a thing?

Thanks
Jim

Hi

Please TRY before you BUY, as the Video signal is so BAD out of the CVPs that you may deceide it is not worth it.

Why can't Yamaha provide a XVGA signal so one can use a flat screen monitor.

My sentiments exactly...I tried the tv hookup and it was a joke. I doubt it would be worth it. Certainly try it first like Midi Magic said.

Jim : If your wife like to have a larger screen for the CVP to reed the score of the music page, she can use the MusicPadPro , is a spetial hardware for thath use. here is the WEBside. http://www.musicpad.co.uk/musicfrm.asp .But I am agree with the CVP users, Any other flat panel LCD is not so clear. I try a lot of them.....
