CVP-107 Problem

My CVP-107 started having a problem with the "C" that's one octave higher than middle "C". When the instrument is set to Grand Piano mode(other modes brass, strings not affected quite as much) and I strike this C not only is the volume about 50 % louder but the Grand Piano sounds more like the Bright Piano setting. I'm about to have a tech come to my home to repair, but has anyone else experienced this problem?? Thank you,

Just thought I'd let other users know that I got to the problem. As it turns out there was dirt on a contact piece inside the unit.

Since the tech would not come to my home I had to remove the legs and speaker from the Clav and dellivered the top to the repair shop. Saved myself $130 dollars as well by delivering myself.
