Last week or so Carlo posted a great site to get free scores of music in the public domain.
I recently found another website where many free scores can be obtained. (Not sure that they are all public domain,) but it is free from the Sibley Music Library of the University of Rochester Eastman School of Music. It is supposedly the largest music library in the U.S.

Not surprising. I've heard that the Eastman school is ranked as one of the top music schools on the planet. I've even heard quite a few say it's as good, if not better than Julliard.
If you are ever in town, stop in for one of the free / dirt cheap concerts.

P.S. Logging in with University of Rochester credentials doesn't appear to give you anything more. It looks like everything they have digitized is freely available to everyone.

Yes, there are many excellent free concerts there, mostly in Kilbourn Hall. They also have the exceptionally fine Eastman Theatre and philharmonic, of course. George Eastman and Kodak sank a lot of money into the place over the years.
Did you study there Tom? I did not attend Eastman but studied with a couple of professors from there.

I'm currently a PhD student at the Institute of Optics. I've been to a handful of concerts over the past few years (all have been free with student ID, and something like $5 for the general public). Having grown up in Jersey, it's refreshing to be able to get dinner and a really nice concert for less than the cost of a movie.
