I would like to know how the action of the CVP models of the 300 and 400 series compare to the GranTouch or the Kawai models. I noticed on the PianoWorld website someone traded in his GranTouch for one of the newest Kawai digital models. And that person was ready to purchase a real grand piano but went to a dealer who had lots of out-of-tune acoustic pianos. He purchased a new digital instead. Review of the Kawai actions are all over the place..some loving them, others saying they feel like a worn-out upright piano. The GranTouch models, of course, have the best action at all, but of course the sound technology is 10 years old now. But how do the action of the newest CVP models compare? I think one now even has wooden keys,..which sells a lot of Kawais. I am not sure where I should put this message, so I put it here.
Thank you.

Hi Alex
I have the latest cvp407 with wooden keys and I find it absolutly superb.
In my opinon it's just as good as a real acoustic piano. However with feel everyone's opinion will be different and the only way to tell if it's right for you is to go and try one at a dealer. Dont get to hung up on which one the reviews say is best because it may not be the best for you!!!
