Hi,

As a piano player for me, it is much easier to play the keyboard patches on the CVP, like the piano, harpsichord, organ, and others, since I am training to be a music major.

But when I play a nonkeyboard related sound on the CVP, like the many different basses, on my CVP-207 and other sounds that don't have a keyboard when playing, like guitar, bass, percussion etc....that is where I have the most trouble, and I would appreciate it if anybody out there in CVPUGLAND can recommend some tips or advice on what they do to get the bass to sound as authentic as possible, and as close to the real thing, cause to me, the bass patch sounds horrid, and i don't know if it is because of the patch itself, or because I am not applying any techniques when i play....such as legato, etc....

So please....what are some suggestions/advice/hints/ or tips that you guys do when sequencing/playing the non-keyboard related samples, to get it close to the real thing?

And if possible, can you please send me a few MIDI's that have an example of the way a bass guitar is to sound correctly on a CVP, using the right technique?

Thanks...

Mitch.
