CVP could have modulation and pitch rollers like PSR arrangers. I know that pitch and modulation (like really many other functionalities) could be assigned to three CVP's pedals but that's not the same thing.

I agree with this wish. I don't have the control with my foot that I have with my hand. I pitch/modulation wheel would be much more accurate for what I'm trying to do.

Right, when I play sax I like to amplify modulation while keeping sustain in parallel. I can assign modulation effect on left or middle pedal but playing with two pedals in the same time with both legs is not easy for me.
