Hi

-This morning switched on the power.
-Put the volume high.
-Hit a few low C's and arpeggio'd my way up to the high part of the piano-keyboard, to start a morning improvisation and annoy the rest of the family a bit.

And than it happened.....
The right back leg of the pianobench broke off:eek:
I fell backwards and landed somewhere halfway the living room.:(
Pianobench in 3 peaces.
Ofcource when they noticed I wasn't hurt everybody broke in to loud laughter:D :D .....I myself did not..... Needed some time to realise what happened.
So, the entertainment factor around the cvp was high again, as usual, only this time it was more in "funniest home video's" kind a way.

:)

...and we MISSED IT! I would like to have seen that video. :D

Was it the high-end adjustable bench? Do you think Yamaha will replace it under warranty? I don't know how that works in Europe.

LOL!

You know of course that when your wife gets smaller after pregnancies, that weight is moved to your own belly? You see it all the time. That's how the universe maintains equilibrium of course.

I only wonder whose wife I've knocked up. I look like she's had 9 babies or so :D

Heading to the bench(es) right now to tighten things up.

Glad you weren't injured.

Actually it is the metal plug that broke.

I weigh aprox 97 kg and 1,90m tall, No belly Danny!! just some chest muscles that fell down ;)

I'm not gonna bother trying to get a free replacement...I'm in the market for a decent one.

Kind regards,

Eric
