today i got my SM for the CVP450 by the post (ordered 3 weeks ago) for 14.95 + 5.50 (transport) = 21.88 Euros.

in the modell you put CVP4 and "GO", then you see the possible list of the CVP405 and CVP407/409

The manual includes all hardware +electronic diagrams + pcb boards lay-out + part list + trouble shooting guide + how to start a test in depth (#64) for fault analyzing etc...

Sounds great to have this CVP Service Manual if it covers all you mentioned. I think that I will not need it soon since I do not expect failures yet, but in future when I will need it, probably there will not be possible to order it so I'm thinking of ordering one now like you did (like heritage for future).

However, my model is CVP-403 (your is CVP-405, written CVP450 is probably typo). Since there's no offered exact SM for my model I think that SM for your CVP-405 will be good enough for my CVP-403. Or I'm wrong?

hi,

i hope also not to have a problem in the next years to come, it think it is also helpfull for the CVP403, also that the boards designed in it are for the cvp407/409 also, because there are some places where electronic parts can be added and some connectors , although the cvp407/9 have the special power amplifier system, thats why it needs another SM.
