Hi,

I have a CVP 407. It's great.
One thing I think is missing is a screen saver for the LCD screen.
Are you guys not worried to have your screen destroyed by displaying the same image?
Also I think the should add a clock. I always have to get my watch to know how long I have been playing for.

I really enjoy it, eventhough, I am a novice and I only use 1% of its capatibility (Piano only :-) )

Hi

I forgot to turn it off ones
lit closed
8weeks away (work)
came back home and.... display is still the same like it was the first day I got my cvp208.

So unless you leave it on the same page for a much longer time, I don't believe you need to worry about damaging the display.

If I remember correct, LCD display do not burn in, only plasma screens and the classic tv screens do that.

Kind regards

Eric

Yes, in terms of CRT's that's screen saver, in terms of LCD's (mostly on notebooks) it's only power saver. I also think that you should not be worried about screen. However, I have no clue, what is that situation when you do not use your screen but use keyboard for longer periods (when screen saver could be used). Do you use your CVP as home juke box? Sorry, just kidding.
