A year ago I got a price quote from Canada for a CVP207 for $4200 but did not want to get it shipped. First question: Does anybody know of a reliable dealer in Vancouver B.C.? I could drive there to buy my piano. Back then my hometown Yamaha dealer wanted $6500 ("for me" he knocked off $500 from the $6995 price.) Second question: I saw a Technics PR604 selling for $4500 months ago and liked it, then realized that most of the features I liked were like featues on the CVP207. The PR604 did not have CueTime (where the accompaniment slows down and speeds up to match your solo), but the salesman said that with the right software the PR604 can do the same thing. (I accompany singers and like the expressiveness of tempo changes.) I like the way I can play songs from the LCD dislpay with an accompaniment. Last night I saw it on on sale for $3400 and am thinking about it. I like the price a lot better than the CVP207. Can anybody give me a compelling reason to stay in the Yamaha camp?
