Mac address error! in a CVP 403

Hi everybody! i have this error message in a CVP 403 after i press the on/off button. The CVP dosen´t turn on.

The CVP works ok since i bought till now.The morning before this message i was playing with the headphone, suddenly appear pop up message, i turned off the CVP an turn it on again and the message Mac Address error! appear in the blue start screen. No sound at all!

Hi mactobi, MAC usually refers to the hardware identification of a network device. Do you have a network device plugged in? If so, remove it and try again.

No i nver connect this CVP to Internet and never pulg any device in the net port.

Hi!

Everything that can connect has MAC addresses. It could be the internal ethernet adapter. Your only option is to get service. If you're unlucky, the motherboard is fried.
