CLP-300 problem

This unit needs a CPU (IC2 - XB421001). It is no longer available from Yamaha and nobody on MITA has it either. I'm hoping that somebody, somewhere might have this part lying around or maybe even the entire PCB with this part on it. I know this is an old keyboard (first came out in '86), but, without a good part, it's dead. Thanks.

Thanks for the welcome.

Yamaha suggested MITA which is where I found Green Hill. While they list the part, they tell me they don't have it. This forum was my last hope.
