Midi Magic

Hi All
I need your help.
Since I have upgraded to the 209 I have lost a few functions.
I can not record any songs in the Eseq format as it is all midi now.
What I need is a file recorded on a cvp older then the 100 series.
All I need is a song recorded with lots of tempo changes. I don't need any notes just tempo changes.
Start the song recording and then turn down the tempo to the lowest it will go. Leave it there for a few bars and then take it up to the next 10. ie if the lowest is 34 then take it up to 40. From then on take the tempo up 10 at a time and leave it for one bar each time.
I need this info to work out the commands within the file to get a file player program to work.
When you have reached the fastest tempo save it and post it to
midi_magic @ hotmail.com NOTE WITH NO SPACES i only put them in so you can see the underscore between midi & magic.
If someone could do that for me I shall be ever graetful.
Thanks
