Using CVP209 with Roland 2020 expander?

Has anyone had experience using a Clavinova with any of Roland's sound expander modules? I am thinking of buying one because I really like the selection of sounds on the expander but a little leery about possible compatibility issue considering that Roland and Yamaha are competitors in the digital piano market.

I have experience with an Alesis keyboard that I used in conjuction wtih my PF-1000 (similar to the CVP 205).

There were no compatibility issues at all. The only problem I found was that the Yamaha cannot perform all of the functions that you would expect from a midi controller. For example, the Yamaha has no way to specify the bank I wanted to play on the Alesis, so I could not operate the Alesis directly from the Yamaha for many things. I had to reach over to the Alesis and change the bank by hand, for example. Once I set the bank I could play the Alesis' sounds directly from the Yamaha.
