Clavinova CVP-3 Fault(s)

Can anyone help with a problem I've got with the CVP-3. Only the power pilot lamp lights, all other led.s are off and cannot be lit, processor clocks are running and usual pcb supply voltages are present.
No audio is available, the amplifier is, however, functional.

I have the same problem with my CVP-3 all the keys, buttons and LEDs have frozen. Only LED on the power switch and one LED on the control panel.

Have traced the problem to the Slave CPU IC11 6801S5 on the DMA board.

The problem is as follows

1. Where can I find a new or second hand DMA board

2. Where can I get the 6801 code so I can program a new CPU
