Hi All
A very good friend of mine has just finished writing two small utilities for "floppy disk recovery" that may be of interest to the group. Both of these are Freeware.
Basically they will read a floppy that has a bad or missing boot sector, taking the files from the root directory and saving them to your HDD.
One is for NT, 2000 and XP and the other is for DOS. Sorry, but we do not have it working for Win 95, 98 nor ME yet.
DKVCOPY and Giebler will work but you must use 720K disks. They will NOT read or work with 1.44M disks. These programs will work with 720K and 1.44M disks.
This is the DOS version.
