Has anyone had to have their CVP repaired, and if so, how much did the repair cost? Also, what is the 'life expectancy' of these digital pianos?

My CVP-96 was repaired (replaced disk drive and ROMs) two years after I purchased it in 1997. It was all covered by warranty at no cost to me. No repair since then.
I still have my CVP-96, but I now have a CVP-209 that I got a little over a year ago with no repairs needed so far.

I had a CVP-83s for over 8 years - no trouble at all. I now have a CVP-209 that I've had for about a year and a half. About 7 months ago, I had to have two keys replaced - a tip on the inside that holds them in place broke off. I'm having the same two keys replaced again soon (parts on order) - seems to be the same problem again. The repair guy said that this is not an uncommon problem, and with some other brands as well. One of the keys is the B below middle C, which I use regularly for drumming, so it probably gets some unusual wear. I have no idea what is causing the other one to break (it's the 2nd E above middle C). The symptom was that these keys would stick, as they were not being held in place properly. The warranty has covered all repairs.
