I found some collections on the Yamahamusicsoft.com web site that I'd like to use with my CVP. However, they're listed as DCD1 compatible. There's a link that lets you check compatibility with all of Yamaha's instruments, and for the CVP it says "NA" (Not Applicable). The compatibility chart shows that it's recommended for use with Tyros and Disklavier. I don't see why it wouldn't work with the CVP if the Tyros can play it.
Would these disks work well with CVPs? Anyone tried them?
Thanks!

This may not apply to your interest, but may help others.
Wally, am I correct in assuming you just want to be able to 'play' these titles on your CVP? If so, then I have no experitise regarding the NA listing.
But there is this possibility: Some buyers may intend to purchase a PianoSoft title with the intention of more than just listening. For example, one might want to play along expecting the score to display- and if so, be able to choose left, right, or both. In this case buyers may be disappointed (as I was twice) in that my titles have all of the music on one track reslting in just gibberish if one selects to see the score. Even on other (nonPianoSoft) I purchased that did separate out L & R hands did not result in a usable score display.

Yeah, I see what you mean. I would like to seperate out the tracks so that I can play along.
