Do you know an easy way to play the steinway piano sound with the CVP209 ?
Components / parts / software?

There are several ways to do this, depending on how much you want to spend and how good you want the sample to be. See my thread on Gigastudio for the absolutely best/most expensive approach - there are several very high quality samples of different Steinway concert grands on the market for platforms like Gigastudio.

Lower-cost approaches use a sound card like SoundBlaster along with Steinway sound fonts, of which there are several inexpensive ones - Google "Steinway sample soundfonts" to find them.
