cvp compatable software

I purchased a CVP 105 four years ago for my children. I began recording original songs that I created to disk. I am looking for a recommendation of software that works well with music created on a clavinova. I'm not looking for anything too complex. Most songs are only piano, others have 1 or 2 voices. They would need little to no editing. I would love to know if a program exsists that would read the info from the recorded floppy and convert the music into sheet music, as well as having the ability to mix, edit and copy onto cd's. I appreciate any help! Thanks in advance! :D

I forgot to mention in my last post that the PGmusic site has a very well attended forum with lots of expertise with music software. If you haven't yet found them, then you might want to connect and pose your question to them, I am sure you will get some useful information. They are a very friendly bunch.
