Detailed instruction--examples--songs

I'm still fumbling along with my cvp 207---6 months----really enjoying it but I'm missing something!----sure would like a book of rather difficult sample songs with all details, used to develop the music, explained------i.e. settings, voices, tempo, pedals, midi channels used--everything listed that the player used to perform the song. I've--searched--have not found anything------dealer-----have purchased many books.

I'm interested in medium diffulty music----I can follow complex settings. I feel if I could obtain this type of instruction---it would enhance my understanding of the Owner's Manual and also my skill-------

Does anyone have a clue what I'm talking about? Point me to some info. Maybe I'm looking in the wrong place.
