CVP 305 Music Finder

Greetings:

I'm thinking of buying a CVP-305 in a few months and I would like to know if anyone has a listing of the song titles in the Music Finder that they can share with me. It's just for curiosity's sake - it's not a deciding factor for the purchase.

The reason I am leaning toward the 305 is that I prefer the vertical case design - it fits in a little better with the limited space I have in my home. The 305 also seems to be a decent compromise among price, features and appearance - I don't care for the horizontal design of the 307/309 with the black speaker box hanging out of the bottom. For a while I was considering a model from the CLP line - maybe the CLP-170, but the new USB features and digital output, megavoices, etc. have turned my head.

Of course, the 309GP would be a great addition to my home, space or no space, but it's a lot of $$$$.

Any other opinions and recommendations are welcome.

I used Michael P. Bedesem's Music Finder View program to extract the 305 MFD and then exported the file to text.

I was under the impression that there are around 1500 entries in the Music Finder. Is your file a partial listing or am I mistaken?

I don't know the exact numbers but I know the smaller cvps have a lot less enteries in them than the larger ones.

That was all that was in the MFD that I have.
