First cyberjam of 2005

This is an original song called "Ghost Story" written by my friend Sean at cyberjammin.com - he played the guitar tracks and also produced it. He had originally sent me his rhythm guitar track for me to work with, so I wrote the synth melody and also a string track for it. He then added a lead guitar to go with the synth. Very cool song, I thought - has a Pink Floyd kinda vibe to it. The intro was a complete suprise when I heard the finished product. Hope you enjoy it:

I think this turned out awsome. I hear the Pink Floyd....and there is another group call "Tangerine Dream" that does a lot of work sounding like this also. One CD of theirs that comes to mind is "Underwater Sunlight".

Hi Brad,
nice work. I hear also a little bit of pink floyd (shine on you crazy diamond) but also a little bit of alan parsons project (who was soundengineer of the Pink Floyd) ... But Tangerine dream sounds totally different, they didn´t use guitars!
But besides the little rememberances its a nice song to listen to.

Andreas, I'm not sure you listened to the back ground close enough. I don't want to get into a contest here but obviously you haven't listened to all of the Tangerine Dream works. Don't matter...the bottom line is this was good music works.
