HI
For most of the VH type setting the cvp has to know the chord
So when you select another vh type it seems like nothing is changing.
When you press the acmp buttom and you play a chord with you left hand the vh will know what chord you sing to and will harmonyesly respond.
Hope this was your problem
Kind regards
Eric

But do you have to do it through an entire song? That would be annoying if you did. Thanks

Hi
Yes, for all the VH types that are dependent on a chord like menchoir
What actualy happens is when you play a c chord your singing a E-note the VH transposes your voice to a second g-note and a tirth c-note, thus keeping the harmony.
With a VH types like singbass or karaokegirl, the VH transposes your voice 1 octave up or down, its not importand now with chord you sing to the harmony is always valid now.
Here a tip.
Goto funtion then select the style setting/.. tab
change the "figering type" to full keyboard.
Now go back to main and make shure te acmp light is on
When you play piano now the cvp will see over the full keyboards range what chord you are playing in.
you will also see what chord the cvp is making of you playing diplayed in the main page.
now you can simply play piano over the full range of the keyboard and sing together while the VH keeps things harmonyus.
Hope this is some help to you
Kind regards
Eric
